Who are you now?

Join us for Soul Archaeology, a 13-week guided exploration where we’ll gently unearth the layers of who we’ve been, who we are, and who we’re becoming. Through creativity, curiosity, and community, this experience invites you to reconnect with your authentic self — mind, body, and spirit.

Using Julia Cameron’s “The Artist’s Way” as a foundational guide, we’ll move beyond the page with weekly prompts for movement, art-making, reflection, and soul-digging. Together, we’ll explore themes of identity, purpose, and renewal.

Each week includes a 75-minute virtual gathering on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM (AST) via Zoom, featuring (4) guest speakers, curated playlists, guided meditations, breakout groups, 1:1 therapeutic creative session, ‘get those grants’ bonus workshop, yoga classes and more. You’ll also receive exclusive resources, creative exercises and access to a private Facebook group to deepen your personal practice between calls.

Our journey culminates with a full-day retreat in Cape Breton on Saturday, April 18, where we’ll gather in person to celebrate with art-making, meditation, movement, nourishing food, and time capsule creation.
